3. User Accounts and Registration

- High Priority: Within 4 hours (business days)
- Medium Priority: Within 1 business day
- Low Priority: Within 3 business days

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI CONCIERGE PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination
